PUF’s Steve Mitnick: In your career, and as a Wisconsin Commissioner, look back.

Branko Terzic: I was appointed to the Wisconsin Public Service Commission in 1981 after a raucous public hearing, since I had ten years of public utility consulting experience, one year of which I was an employee of a utility, Wisconsin Electric Power.

The rest of the time, I was a consultant outside of Wisconsin. At the time of my appointment, I had my own firm and about a dozen Wisconsin municipal water and electric systems as clients, subject to state regulation.

The Honorable Branko Terzic is a former Commissioner on the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and State of Wisconsin Public Service Commission, in addition to energy industry experience was a US Army Reserve Foreign Area Officer ( FAO) for Eastern Europe (1979-1990). He hold a BS Engineering and honorary Doctor of Sciences in Engineering (h.c.) both from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee.
